Before and After! Fantastic transformation for Nicole!

I was so excited when she reached out to me wanting to do her first Bikini competition ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ™Œ We have spent the last several months building muscle Before starting her official prep for the Palmetto Pro, She has worked very hard to achieve this and I couldn't be more proud!

Big Thank you to Trey Hodge for mentoring me during the prep process and supporting me with my first competitor!

Another client spotlight!

My Equestrian fitness athlete Shiela came to me wanting to improve her fitness/ riding and overall Performance so we got to work ๐Ÿ’ช!

Shiela has made huge improvements on her posture by strengthening the correct muscles and we have been able to balance out her overactive/under active muscles which helps her ride taller, Softer and more effective!

Her training program includes

Strength training



Endurance/Cardiovascular training


Shiela is so dedicated and always works so hard at our sessions as well as her lessons with her riding coaches to achieve her goals I know she will go far!

Fitness out of the saddle is equally important to improving overall performance and wellness. Happy healthy rider means a happy healthy horse!

I am beyond proud of my client Nicole Joy Glover She has put in alot of hard work and it shows!

she started with me online last year wanting to compete in her first Bikini show! So we got to work on building muscle for a few months then eased her into competition prep and today we are 4 weeks out from her first show ๐Ÿ™Œ I can't wait to watch her improve even more each week as we get closer!

I am super excited about these! My online client Nicole is looking to do her first Bikini Competition in late Spring, we are 3 months into adding muscle and her official prep will Start next month ๐Ÿ’ช I am looking forward to watching her progress over the next few months!

Another round of great results for my nutrition client Marcus ๐Ÿ™Œ We are retraining his Metabolism and his body is responding well!


Shout out to my online nutrition client Marcus on his latest progress pictures! He has put in alot of work these past three months and it's definitely paying off ๐Ÿ’ช His metabolism has improved greatly and we are still able to keep the calories up ๐Ÿ™Œ

Candy Hamilton has been working so hard on her fitness this past year, Over coming complications from hip surgery and adjusting to life with Foot drop hasn't been easy but she hasn't given up!! She makes progress every week and is working out every day, twice weekly with me in the gym, Strength Training ๐Ÿ‹โ€โ™€๏ธ and boxing ๐ŸฅŠ. She rides dressage several days a week also!

Life has set backs but with the right people around you and grit and determination you will overcome it!

Candy has worked with a great physical therapist Lisa Birch, awesome bodyworker Krissy Dopson, among others for pain management and her dressage Trainer Brittany who has built a special mounting block and helped her find the right tools to help get her back in the saddle with magnetic stirrups!!

Im do glad I can be part of her fitness journey and see her succeed!!! Love you Candy!!

Here is a little about Miklos!

I've started the practice of yoga and the study of yoga literature at the age of 13. I was practicing traditional hatha yoga styles, Ashtanga yoga (Krishnamacharya style) and vinyasa flow.

After nearly 10 years of daily yoga practice (in different times of my life even up to 6 hours/day practice time), I've started to teach Ashtanga yoga in my early '20s.

In this process, I've started to gravitate towards therapeutic yoga. I've continued my studies focusing on functional yoga anatomy, yoga and massage therapy and yoga psychology. I've centered my practice around pain management and de-stress yoga.
I've became a yoga anatomy lecturer and teacher, travelling all around my home country to teach my own seminars as a guest teacher in several yoga studios.

In 2017 I've travelled to India to live there and continue my studies as a yoga and Ayurvedic therapist.

In India I've became a yoga teacher trainer. I was teaching people from all around the world as a yoga anatomy lecturer part of their 200 to 500 hours yoga teacher certifications in the ashram I was studying. I've also continued my personal practice there as a yoga, movement and massage therapist.
After going back to Hungary, I've focused on mastering my skills in hands on alignment, triggerpont massage and movement therapy, applying the principles of yoga to all these methods. I've spent more than a 1000 hours with one-on-one massage and movement therapy sessions, in different locations of Hungary.

This has led me to the ability to teach my very own 200 hours yoga therapy teacher training in Hungary entirely by myself.

In the meantime I've started to research the history of yoga and physical culture and my own practice of natural bodybuilding (as the modern world succesion of yoga asana). These disciplines had helped me to continue my journey of the integration of yoga asanas into modern exercise practices (keeping the fundaments of Patanjalis Ashtanga yoga concept), creating the foundation for my work in the US.

With the teachings of my sister-in-law in thai massage yoga therapy, I've finally found the missing piece of my pain management and de-stress yoga practices. Her teachings helped me to integrate my practices which I can now apply in both one-on-one and group settings.

Sheila is an Eventer!, she rides her two horses daily and keeps them conditioned for competing but also conditioning herself as well! She trains with me three days a week and is improving fast! .
Training and conditioning out of the saddle is just as important and will help boost her riding abilities by improving her Strength, endurance and flexibility!

I'm so excited to have Melissa as a trainer here at Goss Fitness Studio in Aiken!

Welcome Melissa!!

Melissa Del Tufo is currently a second year medical student and 4 Term, Deanโ€™s List Recipient, at St. Georgeโ€™s University. She received her masterโ€™s degree in Biomedical science from University of South Carolina and her bachelors of science degree at University of South Carolina Aiken. Melissa is also certified through the ISSA in both personal training and nutrition. Melissa has always been an active person and fitness enthusiast. She used to event her Irish Sporthorse mare until the birth of her daughter and time was limited. Now she currently rides dressage with her two mares. In college Melissa ran track and began weight lifting and fell in love with fitness. After graduation she competed Figure bodybuilding in the NPC league. Realizing that was not for her, she turned her sights to more functional fitness and discovered Crossfit. Melissaโ€™s view of fitness is that fitness should make you happy and healthy, foremost, then beauty just comes naturally with health. Melissa takes a very goal orientated approach to fitness and enjoys helping people incorporate fitness and eating healthy into their lifestyle.


I'd say this was a pretty successful workout for Susan Parry and Ranger!! ๐Ÿ˜‚
