We suffer every time we workout so that we get better, stronger, faster. Never forget to be thankful for suffering. God lets us suffer so that we can grow. Just like the soil is turned to allow new growth, throughout life we have to be turned so that we get out of the norm. Get out of the routine and the path we have established.
