We do the opposite.

The Progress Project is capped at 4 people so coaches can actually coach.

That means more feedback, more adjustments, and more opportunities to ask questions.

Most people focus on the workout.

More weight.
More intensity.
More effort.

But if recovery isn’t there, progress stalls fast.

That’s something we coach at CFA.

When to push.
When to adjust.
When to pull back so you can keep training.

Because the goal isn’t one hard workout,
it’s being able to come back and do it again.

Getting hurt isn’t always random.

It usually comes from:

* doing too much, too fast
* ignoring small pain
* pushing through things your body isn’t ready for

Most of it builds over time.

That’s why at CrossFit Aiken, coaches are always watching for it.

Adjusting movements.
Pulling you back when needed.
Making sure you’re training at the right level, not just pushing through.

The goal isn’t to crush one workout.
It’s to keep you training long term.
