One of the greatest things about the market is that no two Saturdays are ever quite the same. You might stop by for fresh produce and leave with a handmade mug, a gallon of milk, a cozy scented candle, or your new favorite vendor! 🧺

This week also marks the start of our Bounty Bag distribution program! If you've been thinking about signing up, there's still time to reserve your bag filled with fresh, seasonal produce from our local farmers. As a reminder registration closes Wednesday! 🍅🥦🥕

🧠🌿 Food As Medicine Session 2 is happening this Saturday at the Aitkin Farmer's Market! 🧠🌿

Join us from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM for Brain Health Part 1: Stroke, Brain Health & Cancer Prevention, which is an interactive cooking demonstration designed to help you learn simple ways to support your health through food.

During This Session, We'll Explore:
🥗 Antioxidant-Rich Foods
🧠 B Vitamins for Cognitive Function

Participants will also have the opportunity to watch a live cooking demonstration, sample the featured recipe, and learn practical tips for supporting brain health and overall wellness.

🍴 The first 25 participants will receive a free take-home recipe kit so you can recreate the recipe at home!

This event is always free to attend and takes place right in the heart of the Aitkin Farmer's Market, making it the perfect opportunity to learn something new while supporting our local vendors.
