Good morning family, friends and ChopFit community! Progress is becoming an every day occurrence, should I get used to it? Of course I should, why wouldn’t I? It’s simple I just follow my 5 star fitness model and every morning the first thing I do is have positive self talk and affirmation! My belief in Self and God has elevated my life exponentially! Love always!

Fit morning ChopFit! I speak a lot about discipline and dedication; crazy thing about it my discipline and dedication has been wavering the last couple of weeks! My timing, portion size and food selection has been erratic to say the least, I’m disappointed in my lack of discipline, especially since I feel I should lead by example! It gets tough sometimes tryin to stay in the parameters of your fitness discipline, that’s why you have to train more than your body! Everything must be trained, your mind, spirit, emotions even your finances have to be trained in order to achieve your level of optimal fitness! The struggle is real in the journey to a more fit self, keep your motivation up, stay dedicated and disciplined in order to reach your fitness goals! &Dedication
