I have been working out with Michael Meeker for 3 years. When I stared out ; I had no idea how to do anything. Michael would explain the form to me and I would try my best to duplicate it. Hold your head up, pull your shoulders back, butt down... Today it CLICKED!!!! I hit 220 for 3 deadlifts and actually felt my body do everything Michael has been telling me to do without thinking about it!! Thank you for your consistent coaching and encouragement !!!

I have to give props to Michael Meeker. I had a very sore back Sunday & Monday, to the point where it was really hard to take a deep breath. A year ago, I would have text Michael that I was not going to workout Monday. But I sucked it up and went to workout yesterday and today. This morning my back felt a lot better and now after Tuesday's workout it doesn't hurt at all. Never thought I would be one to a make myself a priority, but I am so happy I did. Otherwise I am certain I would still have a sore back and probably a bad attitude.
Yeah yeah!
