Registration for our 4th year opens on Monday, December 1st! Coed teams of 4 (2F/2M) offering 4 divisions. RX, Intermediate, Masters (40+) and scaled

Division standards will be released prior to registration opening! Get your teams ready and register early! Early bird discounts will be offered to a limited number of teams!

WOD 3 release! 2 scores
RX &Scaled working in same s*x pairs
Intermediate & Masters team choice for pairs
All pairs will first complete 3 rounds each:
10 meter front rack walking lunges + 10 STO
Remaining time to accumulate max distance:
RX - HSW
Intermediate & Masters - HSW + partner wheelbarrow
Scaled - partner wheelbarrow

WOD 2 release. Working in female / male pairs. 4 x 2:00 AMRAP with :30 transition between each. Pairs will start where previous pair stopped.
1 athlete during each AMRAP will accumulate max Echo bike calories. (Each athlete must complete 2:00 bike interval)

This event will include 1 piece of equipment previously used and 1 piece of equipment new to Summit Stadium Games.
