Regionals Recap!

We are so proud of Kate and Cody who both rode in Novice this past weekend at The University of Findlay! The University of Akron English IHSA Team also finished 5th overall in Zone 6 Region 1 for the 2025-2026 season!

Kate Messina looked gorgeous on Rupert and snagged a third in Novice!

Cody Mathias looked amazing on Juliet in Novice for his last ride with the team!

Your Zips had a very successful Spring Semester! Everyone put in great rides and had a blast! The University of Findlay & Lake Erie College held great shows and we cannot wait to make our way back up to Findlay for Regionals soon!

We also got to recognize our Seniors, Cody & Jorden, at LEC! We cannot wait to see what you accomplish after your time at Akron!

Thank you to everyone who made the 25-26 regular season so spectacular and we can’t wait to see what next year has in store!

The UA EQUESTRIAN TEAM is having Super Bowl Pool for our first fundraiser of the season! $20 per square gets you 4 chances at winning money from the pot!!

If all boxes are sold:

1st Quarter Winner: $130
Halftime Winner: $260
3rd Quarter Winner: $130
Final Winner: $480

Any quarter where a blank square is drawn will be divided among the other winners. 💸

All money raised will be used to help pay for hotels, gas, entry fees, and any other team expenses. As always we appreciate your support & wish you the best of luck!!!🤞
