Struggling to hit your protein goal? 🤔
If you’re trying to build muscle or burn fat, getting enough protein is non-negotiable. A good rule of thumb: aim for 0.7–1g of protein per pound of bodyweight daily.

Here are 3 simple ways you can start your day to make that way easier (without living on dry chicken):

🥣 Greek Yogurt Bowls – One serving = 15–20g of protein. Add berries or a sprinkle of granola to keep it fun. Great for breakfast or a mid-day snack.

🍳 Eggs + Egg Whites – A few whole eggs and some added whites gives you 25–30g of protein fast.

🥞 Kodiak Protein Pancakes + Fairlife Milk – Quick to make, tastes like a treat, and easily packs 30–40g of protein. Bonus: you’ll actually look forward to this meal.
