It has been such an incredible honor to begin my teaching journey with you 🩷 I am so grateful for my experience there and the opportunity to meet so many lovely people.
I will be continuing to teach, though I don’t have a permanent teaching home just yet. I will post to this page when I have updates. Tonight (May 6th) I’ll be teaching a slow-flow and meditation at Yoga Bar and Cafe in Green at 7:15pm.
I hope that you will continue on your own personal yoga journey! Yoga has so many incredible benefits for your body, your mental health, and your soul.

✨🪷Two days, friends!🪷✨
If you’d like to come to my class at Yoga Bliss on Saturday, it’s at 2pm. We’ll stretch and flow and talk about new beginnings. It’s not technically our graduation, but it feels like it!
If 2pm doesn’t work, our classmate Lizzie the Brave is teaching solo at 12:30pm.

This photo is from my first day of Yoga Teacher Training on January 3rd! Although I've been sharing yoga for almost a year now, I was SO happy and excited to progress and learn more with formal training. It has been such an honor to learn from some of the most wise and tuned-in yogis I think I'll ever meet, and such a blessing to make beautiful new friends. Hard to believe there are only 3 weeks left in training!
When I discovered yoga, my body and my heart were tired and heavy. I had no idea how it would change me. One thing I hope to do as an instructor is change the way people see yoga. It's not just a workout and it's not a religion. But it can be a school, a sacred space, and a paradigm shift! Yoga truly is for everybody.

So sorry friends, but we have to cancel class for tonight. I’ve come down with a 🦠 bug 🦠 and hoped it would be gone by tonight, but it’s not. In the interest of spreading light and love but not germs, I’m going to encourage a home practice this week 🙂 🙏

Slow Flow and meditation incoming for your wintery weekend! Forgive my sub-par recording and editing. This is a first for me and if I do more of these, I promise I will improve. But the need to reach out to my community was strong today so I went for it!
