In a recent post engagement survey one of my clients shared this:

“As a coach and mentor, Andrea is the perfect balance of empathic and challenging — encouraging me to re-think my assumptions and realize my potential in ways I would not have thought of alone. That phrase stuck with me: adventurous professionals.

She didn’t mean like that time I went bungee jumping in the forest in Costa Rica. She was referring to the fact that so many people are quietly craving a career and life that feels more aligned, alive and expansive.

Sometimes the next chapter isn’t about climbing higher.

Sometimes it’s about becoming more honest about what you actually want.

That’s the work I love most:

I’m completing a sustainable leadership certificate and exploring how community, sustainability, and culture intersect in practice.
