Totally Fit Kids is back! Help your kids establish healthy habits with movement and nutrition this fall. Kids will learn how to move safely and develop strength and coordination while having a blast. We cover basic nutrition facts, "Like what's a carb?" and challenge the kids to eat more veggies!

When: Monday and Thursdays 4:30 - 5:20. October 14th through November 21st.

Ages: 7-11

Cost: $12 per class for non-members or $9 per class for members.
