Lakewood Softball

My sister and brother-in-law own a farm in Granville that has been in our family for well over 100 years. They have a pick your own berry business that is now up and running. For some crazy reason, Facebook has blocked my sister's page for the business, so I'm sharing the info here to try to reach some local customers while the delicious blueberries are ripe. There may be a few black raspberries and blackberries available to pick, also.

Our berry field is located on Gale Rd. about ½ mile south of the intersection of Deeds Rd. and Gale Rd. The field’s approximate street address is 5751 Gale Rd. SW, Pataskala, OH

We will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 13th, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 14th.

After shooting sports for the Newark Advocate and for Denison University's sports information director for many years to supplement my teaching income, I stepped away from that work to focus on taking softball photos of my former students, and I have loved sharing them with all of the Lakewood Softball page followers. Recently,after shooting photos of my nephew playing football for Granville, I realized that i really miss shooting photos of one person exclusively at sporting events. No action is missed, because my focus is soley on one athlete.

I am excited to jump back into the sports (school sports, travel teams, etc.) and outdoor photography business (senior photos, family photos, hunting photos, etc.) again, and I want to get the word out that I will be offering to take a photo package of digital photos of your athlete or band member or individual/family (any level of sport from youth to college, marching band, or outdoor individual/family photos).
