If you’re ready to make lasting lifestyle changes this 2025, improve your overall health, endurance, strength and physique, then join the 45-Hard Transformation Challenge‼️

All you need is 45-Minutes a day for 45 days to make a difference 🦾

👉🏽Participate Online or In Person 👈🏽

For 45 Days, follow 5 basic rules 🤷🏽‍♀️
Follow them closely.
If you miss one, start the challenge over.

1️⃣ Follow the Meal Plan (includes Vegan/Vegetarian Plans)

2️⃣ Complete a 45-Minute workout 5 day a week - cardio and/or strength

3️⃣ Drink a gallon of water every day + take a daily supplement(s)

4️⃣ Complete 45-Minutes of self-care or recovery every week (ex.: read a book, journal, meditate, sauna, etc.)

5️⃣ Take & submit progress weigh ins & pics every week
