2026 Super 32 complete. This is one of the toughest tournaments in the nation. Those that attended put it on the line with some of the best. Though Alabama didn’t take any AA’s home, the experience gained by those that wrestled is extremely valuable. It lets you know where you stand, exposes items you need to work on, and for those that had their arms raised, knowledge that you can compete outside of Alabama.

Congrats to one of our brother’s and coaches in getting married today. Huge congratulations to John and Blake. It wouldn’t have surprised anyone if there had been a wrestling mat on the dance floor. The wrestlers still took it over.

NCAA Champ talking about running with one of our athletes, Oliver Howard, and WHY he does it!

This is what Stronghold is all about! It’s bigger than wrestling. It’s about brotherhood, leadership, accountability, and building mental toughness. Our older guys setting the example, pushing the next generation, and showing them what it takes to be great.

It’s not just about making better wrestlers. It’s about building better people!

ALL IN. ALL THE TIME. 💪

What a great first day of camp! State Champs, All-Americans, National Champs, and over 70 guys in the room!

The energy, competition, and work ethic were outstanding. This is what it’s all about, surrounding yourself with people who want to get better, pushing each other, and building something special.

Day 1 in the books. We’re just getting started!

ALL IN. ALL THE TIME. 💪
