TRUNK OR TREAT

October 17th! We still need trunks! Please sign up to come and do a trunk with us! It doesn't have to be elaborate, just a few decorations and some candy will be enough! This is our biggest event of the year, so we need your help!

We also need donations of CANDY! If it's easier for you to do a Venmo donation and let us do all the work, please feel free to send a donation to on Venmo.

Calling all trunks! We are looking for families who would like to bring a trunk to our event on October 17th. The event runs from 4 to 6pm. Trunks can begin arriving at 2, and we ask that you be set up and ready to go by 3:40pm. You can make your trunk as fancy or as basic as you'd like! Bring candy...

FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!

Our 3RD ANNUAL TRUNK-OR-TREAT is Saturday, October 17th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm! This FREE event will feature lots of decorated trunks, free hotdogs and tattoos, and incredible martial arts demonstrations! Wear your favorite Halloween costume and bring the whole family out to join us!
This super fun event will be at 136 Market Center Drive in Alabaster. We can't wait to see you there!

Looking for a girls' day activity? Just starting college and looking for some self-defense training? Bored on a Saturday afternoon? We've got just the thing!
Join us on Saturday, September 19th for our PUBLIC Women's Self-defense Class! This hour-long class will begin at 12:15pm and is open to women ages 11 and up, regardless of experience or physical ability.
Taught by our world-class instructors, Mrs. Knezek and Mr. Spates, this class will focus on situational awareness, practical self-defense, and tips and tricks to increase personal safety.
There is a $10 fee per person. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle - we'll handle everything else!
