USTA Northern California

USTA Northern California

Hello to the Tennis community in Northern California! I am visiting from the UK, and am currently in Oakland. I am DYING to play some social tennis. I am around a 3.5 and any info you can give me of where I can either join in some doubles or singles or drills, please do let me know!
So cool 👍🏾
I have been trying for days to get registered for a team, but I can never reach anyone more than once. Today no one is answering the phone. There is something going on with my membership and rating that is messing up the process. However I extended my membership that was going to expire on 12-31-18 2 days ago and paid my money, but still no one can help me. Help!! i've already missed one match because I could not get the system to work for me. If I don't get registered tomorrow, the captain may give up on me. This is frustrating, which is an understatement.
Need help. I am a newly registered at USTA and self rated on the USTA website. Now, I am trying to login to USTANorCal but the system doesn't allow me to login. I don't know if I am doing all that is required. The system gives me invalid USTA number or password as the error message. Help Please!
I am new to USTA and live in the NorCal area. I need a password to join a team. Please HELP!
I found this rule on Ultimate Tennis web page, is it the same for USTA? If not, can you let me know where to find it in the rules? Thank you! In the event of rain, the home player/team must verbally contact the opponent as soon as it is apparent that the match will not be played at the scheduled time. The home player/team should never assume the opponent knows it is wet at your courts and the visiting team should never assume that a match is canceled due to weather at opponent’s courts. DO NOT cancel matches via email. Always call your opponent when the weather is questionable. If Team A shows up at the courts to play at the scheduled match time/day, and Team B does not show because they assume the match is unplayable due to weather (without making contact with Team A), Team A may take the win by default.
WHAT???? Did they do to the website. I absolutely HATE this new USTA website. It was obviously designed by non-tech people because the goal of a good technical website it to LIMIT the "clicks" to get to where you want. Just because you try to BABY someone through a website does not make it easier or user-friendly. What happened to the easy search to find a league. Nobody wants to have the NUMBER to have to register. Before you pick Combo you chose level and you find your team from the list. WHERE IS THAT?????????? I don't want a CAPTAIN to CONTACT ME which is what it says when you click "find a league". I know which team I want to be on just don't have the number easily available at this moment. So now I have to wait for my captain to text me the Number.

Sloan’s legacy reflects a dedication to volunteerism and grassroots tennis. She successfully restored tennis in Kansas City parks, drawing in thousands of players, many junior and adult tournaments, and several NJTL programs including her own program that would see over 1200 children.

Sloan has passionately served USTA Missouri Valley and USTA for decades, most notably as USTA Missouri Valley President from 1999-2002 and on the USTA Board of Directors. Her exemplary service to tennis and public parks has earned her over ten major awards—all well-deserved.

Please join us in honoring her at our Annual Conference! #movalleyproud
