So proud of the competition team today. Everyone performed above expectations.

Lydia took home gold in her division, earning two submissions along the way.

Coach Brad had some tough matches in the gi taking on a very game black belt. He took home silver in gi.
He also showed out in no gi taking two submissions and a shiny new belt.

Bill proved that age is only a mindset earning two submissions and taking home gold.

Unfortunately, Nick suffered an injury after a back and forth war and was unable to continue.

Win or lose, we're proud to have this group representing our gym. Great job guys. On to the next!

We didn't get the result we wanted tonight, but Sonny is in good health and good spirits. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this fight camp. Everyone stepped up in a big way to make sure we were as prepared as possible. The love and good vibes were definitely felt and we wouldn't have made it this far without the entire team helping out. We couldn't be more proud of Sonny Aragon for doing what few people ever have the courage and commitment to do. Moments like this make us stronger as individuals and as a team. On to the next!
