Have a great day,
Short but sweet, April newsletter
Reminder: June golf outing has been canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic
While we are quarantined were on a fact finding mission! Today’s topic is your impact on our local economy related to snowmobile/ORV recreation. Whether you live in the area or come to the area to ride, how often do you ride in our area and how much do spend a year supporting our local economy.
Purpose for this poll is to hopefully expand our club as well as improve the trail system and hopefully expand on that as well!
It is with great sadness due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing guidelines, we are postponing our annual golf outing. Organizers are working on securing a date this fall to host the event, stay tuned for more information. Next year’s even will return to it’s historic date of Father’s Day weekend. Thank you for your understanding and the great support we receive for this event!
Stay home, stay safe and we hope to see everyone soon!

Quote of the night straight outta the groomer:
“Bad. No snow to work with. Knocking down moguls in corners but pieces don’t groom well. Will be better than what it was. Warm temps next few days should end it.”

Latest update from our club members that were operating the groomers today
The Jordan Valley and north 131 was groomed this morning as well as 131 south to Lakes of the North and Starvation Lake. Trails are thin with frequent water spots and bare spots. Grooming will continue once we receive sizable snowfall to improve trail conditions. These 30+ degree days and rain has killed the good snow we had to start unfortunately. Ridable Yes, but all 3 groomers today said they wouldn’t ride their sleds in it
Remember when you see those hard working groomer operators, give them a tip of the helmet, all our manpower comes from volunteers of the local snowmobile clubs.
Thank you President Mike, Frank for coming out of retirement and rookie Paul on his maiden voyage!
