Our top five finishers showed up and competed at the Willie Laster Invitational, finishing 2nd overall.

The Legacy Series: Part II

The Legacy Series provides our current student-athletes with an opportunity to meet, connect with, and hear from former Golden Ram Cross Country and Track & Field athletes. We honor those who came before us because we stand on their shoulders and carry their legacy forward.

Three weeks ago, we had the opportunity to hear from Ms. Aaliyah Howard, a two-time SIAC Cross Country Champion (2016 and 2017). Today, we were honored to hear from ASU Hall of Famer, Dr. Darlene Moore, who shared her story and experiences as a Golden Rams cross country athlete, former coach, and administrator.

Thank you, Dr. Moore, for continuing to pour into the next generation of Golden Rams! 🐏💙💛

Thanks to A Better Way Groceries for always showing love to The Golden Rams Cross Country Team.

On yesterday, we went on a bike ride through the city. On our way back to campus, we stopped in to get some fruit smoothies. A Better Way never disappoints!
