The Fitness Coach is hosting a month long virtual challenge to cover a total distance of 26.2 miles during November (no need to do 26.2 all at once). Running, biking, walking, and other activities all count towards reaching 26.2 miles!

Cost: $35 and includes a T-Shirt.

All registration fees will go towards helping local families during the holiday season!

This weekend, Capital Combat Zone in Troy is hosting another Call of Duty themed event!

Both Paintball and Airsoft will be run on Saturday and Sunday. They are going to block off times for missions and all missions will be Call of Duty themed. Pricing will be normal weekend pricing. Game blocks will be 30 Min. Games start at 10am both Saturday and Sunday
