Today was a special day for my family. I had the opportunity to be my daughter's student at Osborne Mill Nursery for an outdoor yoga class! The mind has an ability to have flashbacks of previous moments while someone is in a current moment. My inner theater had so many special moments and memories flow through my mind while my daughter was teaching me. I could see her on her bike. I could see her at acting classes. I could see her training with me as a child in boxing. As I open my eyes from my breath work I look forward and see a powerful woman in front of me. That's my little girl I thought. She was in the middle of performing and teaching such a great class. She has such a natural touch for being a yoga instructor. It was my favorite class I've ever taken!

I'm so proud of you! !
