More importantly than the weight loss that has been incurring is the shift in her mental perspective about what is important in life and what is not important. What is important is keeping yourself healthy. Your mind, your body, your spirit, what's not healthy, is eating unhealthy foods and having a sedentary lifestyle!
In 29 days Amanda and Team Break Thru 🥊 will take on the 1st Obstacle Course Race (OCR) of our 2026 season at On Mount Vernon in New Jersey! This event will take us around 7 to 8.5 hours to complete through very rough terrain on a not so warm day hopefully where there's only a little bit of rain! We have to be mentally focused and prepared! We are and WE ARE READY!

The 2026 Section 2 Indoor Track Freshman Boys Meet CHAMPIONS!
Congratulations to these four boys!! They ran their hearts out and they came back and won in a showdown during the 4x400 meter relay! They showed so much heart and displayed true competitiveness! In the end they took the win!
Congratulations to all the competitors that competed in the indoor freshman championships! The future looks promising for both the boys and girls of Colonie! Both boys and girls won their Team championships!
This was a great season! Everyone became faster! Let's get ready for outdoor!!!!
