We will be back this year with EVEN MORE Shorts! This time featuring the NEW girls sizes! We will also have women’s sizes in 1.5 AND 4” inseams! Everyone can match!

Besides the sweet shorts we will have apparel from and all of your last minute race day needs!

Sunday May 17th is the Spring 5K for the Girls on the Run Capital Region! This is the day all of the hard work pays off! We are excited to be part of the celebration!

We are excited to provide pacers for this year’s event! If you have a goal in mind meet up with one of our amazing Ladies before the race and they will keep you on track! (Look for the blue shirts with the pink PACER on the back.)

No Boundaries Gear Up Night Malta edition!

Last night had EVERYTHING, demo shoes, VO2 Max testing, pizza, carrot sticks, cookies, special savings and more!

Halfway through the spring training block this was a time to come together to celebrate the progress and wins! The folks in this groups have a lot to be proud of, some just ran London, others Boston and one just completed a 1/2 marathon in her 49th state!

But more importantly the smiles have grown even brighter and more confident with the miles!

Great work everyone!
