Movements can be classified into either “closed-chain” or “open-chain” movements. Closed chain meaning that your hands or feet are in a constant fixed position and requires multiple joints and muscle groups to work in order to complete the movement. Open chain meaning your hands or feet are free to move during a movement and typically isolates a single joint and muscle group.

With Closed chain movements being a safer option when performing exercises, here is a great innovative way to load up a row variation with @bellsofsteel power rack and lat attachment.
