Albany Knicks Women’s+ Summer 7s Season is kicking off with our first practice on Tuesday, May 26th!

Women’s+ 7s Practices will be held at Dick Green Field, 205 McCarty Ave. Albany, NY
- Tuesdays: 5:30–7:30 PM
- Wednesdays: 6:00–8:00 PM

All are welcome — no experience necessary!

Any Knicks who use the provded QR code can get a rideshare voucher. It will be active from 7pm - 1am on the night of the banquet. It will cover a ride starting at Lark Hall and goes up to 100 miles. Thanks so much to our widespread sponsor.
