Just a few updates!

We are still accepting kids to sign-up for the baseball/softball clinic. Please sign-up as soon as possible to make sure your child has a great experience.

Volunteers and coaching opportunities:
We are looking for volunteer staff members as well as a couple of more coaches to support the league. If you are interested in volunteering or know of anyone is would like to volunteer or coach, please contact us.

Capital District Baseball and Softball League

We are excited to release the schedule for our 6-week baseball/softball clinic.

The 2018 Summer Clinic. These weekly, two-hour sessions will be structured as follows:
Week 1 - Catching Skills
Week 2 - Base Running & Sliding
Week 3 - Hitting & Fielding
Week 4 - Throwing & Pitching
Weeks 5 & 6 - Scrimmages

If you still have not registered, please do so as soon as possible while there are slots available.

We have another opportunity to bring 30 youth to the Tri-City ValleyCats game on July 5th, and our group has been chosen to participate in the Pony Hop event on the field.

This game is catered towards our young ladies, Do you have young ladies that would like to go? Please let us know as soon as possible. Please email [email protected]!
