OFFICIAL RULES AND GUIDELINES
Get ready to transform your fitness and "Spring" into a healthier version of yourself! This 4-week challenge is designed to motivate, educate, and reward you for your dedication to attending classes, completing extra workouts, and sharing your journey with others.
1. Important Dates and Timeline:
Please sign up at the front desk or with an instructor by Monday, March 19th.
The challenge officially begins on the first day of spring: Wednesday, March 20th.
The challenge will run for four full weeks, concluding on Friday, April 17th.
2. Point Accumulation and Rules:
Participants can earn points through several activities throughout the 4-week challenge period.
A. Points from Class Attendance (your own)
B. Points from Attending with a Guest (The "Spring" Buddy Pass)
This is your biggest opportunity for points and to share the fitness experience!
Two (2) Points will be earned for every class you attend and bring a guest with you to participate in the same class.
The buddy Pass allows your guest to attend that specific class at no cost.
Frequency Cap for Guests: Each individual guest is capped at attending a maximum of two (2) classes per week.
Unlimited Guest Rotation:
3. Points from the At-Home Fitness Challenge
1 point completing the dedicated At-Home Fitness Challenge. Which will be posted in the beginning
Of each week. Receive an extra point if your guests completes this challenge as well. All challenges must be proved with a short clip sent to either:

I feel this is a staple leg exercise on any leg routine but, the amount of times I get this response when I say Bulgarian split squats!!!! The eyes all roll and I swear in their heads they're all saying exactly this!!!
