A mother’s love isn’t something that’s quantified in moments, phone calls, or # of hugs.
A mother’s love is the safety you feel in the hug, the freedom you have to dream because you’re taken care of, the security of knowing someone has your back when you feel the world and others are against you.
My mother left me with these truths. The truth that love and family come first, being an unapologetic woman is our birth right, that I am bigger than any one moment, a get s**t done attitude no matter how hard, and to love and accept people for who they are.
My mom was the inner light of my life and I don’t think I shared that openly, I don’t think knew how deeply she’s impacted by life until now...it becomes more clear each day.
Please stop believing, for just this moment, that you have more time. Please embrace that right now is the time you have, the people in front of you are who you have, and if you haven’t called your mom , your dad, your family, or friends to you love them and they bring light into your life just by being them, this is your reminder. ❤️.

I am enough. My voice, my words, my expression it’s all enough. It’s not too much, it’s not to little, it’s just f*cken right - enough.
I am enough. Who I am is enough. Who you are is enough. Who we are is enough. Imagine if we lived in a world in which we each believed this?

Say it with me: “I allow myself to make a new decision.”
So many times the reason why we feel stuck, trapped, or aren’t moving in the direction towards the things we really want most is because of a decision we’ve made.
This decision may be conscious (within your awareness) or subconscious (not within your awareness).
If you are similar to me, you pride yourself on your ability to make decisions. And its not only your decision you’re proud of it’s your conviction to that decision. Because that’s what makes you honorable, trustworthy, and consistent.
Here’s the cost - because of our strong attachment to our convinction- we tend to hang on to decisions a wee bit longer than we really need to. Am I right?
It can feel like a paradox because on one hand you are respected for your conviction and then on the flip side struggling because it’s that same conviction to your decision that’s leaving you trapped. WTF? 🤷🏻♀️
Here’s what happened- you out grew that decision.
That decision worked for you when you made it because it was a reflection of who you were then. Not now. Days, weeks, months or years have gone by and you aren’t that same person anymore, yet you are clinging to that same decision with that same conviction.
And it makes sense you are scared of what to do next because if it’s not this than what?
Your freedom is in your allowance of a new decision. To cling and keep that same decision is blocking your next and that’s why it feels so limiting, so restraining. You are ready for more! You are ready for next!
And your decisions are allowed to change as you change.
Whew! Release that tension baby. 💨
You have permission to grow.
You have permission to want different things.
You have permission to be different than you were a week ago, a month ago, a year ago.
You have permission to evolve.
You have permission to make a new decision.
And I’m with you every step of the way. XO

Your soul is multi-faceted with many expressions. Our journey in this life is the discovery of our unique expression. You’ll find it in your exuberance, your inspiration, your highest good. Being, living, and sharing in this expression is the way we transform fear, transform scarcity, and transform the insecurity we see in the world. How? Because we are embodying our true nature- our light, our love, our joy and we radiate it out. This is our greatest freedom. To be all that we are with no restraints. When we are fearful of who we are, or what others think we block this expression. When we contain it or control it and only show part of ourselves, we block it. And in turn we perpetuate fear, perpetuate insecurity, and control. How? Because we are embodying those energies too, which also radiate out. We then attract like minded partners, relationships, and situations perpetuating our feeling of being stuck, blocked, and scared. It’s a pattern. To truly feel free, to feel released, and break this pattern we must ask ourselves where am I blocking my expression? Where am I limiting my voice? Where am I limiting my presence? Where am I limiting my needs? When am I limiting being my fullest self?
Upon that discovery, that new found clarity, allow yourself forgiveness. Forgiveness to yourself for not seeing where you’ve blocked you in this situation . Say: “ I forgive you. I thank you.”
And with that, grant yourself permission. Permission to be all that you are. To express all that you are. Embody all that you are and share all that you are with others. When you allow this within yourself, you also allow it for others around you.
Can you imagine a world in which you, I, (we) have the safety, to be who we really are together… imagine that peace, imagine that security, that safety, imagine that love. This is how become a collective of our highest good.
If this resonates with you, send an emoji below that represents how you limit or block your expression.

Stop hiding all the incredible parts of what make you amazing.
Stop hiding those talents and gifts that can bring light and love to the world.
Stop hiding behind what it’s supposed to look like and put it out there.
Stop hiding behind the text message and let people hear your voice.
Stop hiding behind the Facebook group and let people see your face.
Stop hiding all the uniqueness that you have and know you were meant to bring into this world.
There is no one like you. There will never be anyone like you. 💢👏🏻
And we need you. Your friends need you. Your clients need. This world needs you. 🌎
You are spending all this energy hiding who you are - what if you used that same energy to get out there and heal others? The world needs your light, your gifts.
How not hiding today?

Your expression matters.
Here’s mine. 🥂
The world needs us to love what we love. To embrace our expression and follow our desires. Not cloud them with judgement, comparison, or criticism.
It’s easy to say, yet the energetic journey to get there doesn’t always feel the same. The path to that freedom requires strength of heart, character, and a willingness to face the darkness within ourselves to transform it into light.
Let me be your guide. Let’s allow more of what makes you you flow into this world without resistance. No more hiding. 🌎

I tell you as I tell myself, when we are “waiting” we aren’t choosing or aligning.
There’s a difference between observing the unfolding of the experience and “waiting for it” to happen. Can you feel the difference?

said it best - laughter is the best cosmetic. PLUS adding snacks and rosé. 🍷
During darkness we have choice, choice to panic, choice to fear, choice to act in scarcity or (what meditation teaches us) have awareness and not get attached to it- merely observe. I’m practicing the s**t out of this as I hear what’s happening around me. Observing then choosing how I actually want to respond- that’s with love, calmness, or lightness.
Laughter is what reminds me in hope, reminds me it all gets better, and that it’s okay to feel good even temporary.
I never went to but I’m practicing that mentality throughout this pandemic- being resourceful, being creative and in support of community.
Here’s what I’m sharing- permission to experience laughter today, even for minute. We need your light, we need your hope. ⭐️
