Hooper Evolution offers hula hoop classes and workshops in the Albany, NY area. Even if you have never hula hooped before, Kristyn will teach you!
Hula hooping burns over 420 calories an hour and is a great way to enjoy exercising! No experience is necessary and practice hoops are always provided at classes and workshops. Check out my website for more details!
