The Shatter Slam is a summer CrossFit-style competition hosted by CrossFit Shatter in Albany, NY. Each year teams from around the Capital District, New England, Canada and beyond converge on the 518 to throw down in the name of charity! 🦈Shatter Slam WOD Announcement!! LIFEGUARD
🩸You’ll have a 9 minute running clock. Start with 3 minutes of an AMRAP, hammering out reps of the complex. Don’t care how, just get it done (you-go-I-go, sets, whatever). Hang cleans can be power or squat. Any shoulder to overhead will do (press, push press, any jerk).
🌊 After the 3 minutes, go immediately into each partner finding their heaviest complex. Again, power or squat cleans, and S2OH.
🛟 Two scores! Total Reps and Combined Weight. 🔥

🦈Shatter Slam WOD Announcement!!
🩸Partner 1 completes 50 cals and 40 lunges, team takes the barbell on a run, Partner 2 finishes with 40 lunges and 50 cals. Choose wisely!
🌊 Lunges are alternating and dealers choice- step forward or back. Switch arms as needed. Run with the barbell however you need to carry it- at least one hand from each partner needs to be in contact with the barbell.
