Train Online with Grandmaster Mikhail Golubev

Albany Chess Center offers players the opportunity to train directly with Grandmaster Mikhail Golubev.

GM Golubev is still accepting students for online training. The program is designed for chess players who want structured instruction and the opportunity to learn from an experienced Grandmaster.

Because the training is online, students can participate from anywhere.

Chess Evaluation Lesson at Albany Chess Center

If your child already knows how to play chess but you are not sure what level of instruction would be the best fit, an Evaluation Lesson is a good place to start.

During the one-hour session, we assess the student’s current chess skills, identify strengths and areas that need improvement, and recommend the appropriate class or training path at Albany Chess Center.

Evaluation Lesson: $35 for one hour

Our Monday Beginner Chess Subscription gives students regular instruction and practice as they learn chess fundamentals and develop their skills over time.
