Tai Chi combines movements from both hard martial arts and qi gong together in a tranquil and intentional framework that Harvard Medical school describes as yielding a myriad of health benefits. This 2 hour introduction will teach you a short, powerful form that is easy-to-learn and practice on your own. Join us for a relaxing two hours . No experience necessary. - this form can be played standing or seated. You may attend in person or virtually.

Are you ready for the holidays? Need a way to relax as we enter the holiday season? Qigong is a mind-body practice that uses breathing, meditation and movement to cultivate and strengthen your internal energy.
