Learning to let go should be learned before learning to get….

If we keep adding more thoughts, emotions, more clutter and baggage we begin to exhaust ourselves because we become overloaded from carrying too much of a burden. When we begin to let go we create space-becoming more light, liberated and free.

Whatever is coming up is coming up for a good reason-instead of stuffing it back inside you, let it release.

Tonight was beautiful-thank you for sharing your love of YOGA with us. It was so heart felt. I admire you in so many ways-you are truly gifted at what you do.

No class tonight but I can't wait to see you Thursday for yoga!!
