I am speechless with the results I have been getting from Mark Anderson's training groups🙌🔥💪!!! People have started asking me if he has something for beginners. 🧐 as a matter of fact he does it is an amazing class that is only sometimes offered so sign up while you can only 2 spots left for this Saturday!! I am so grateful that a friend of mine invited me to go to an exercise class with her at InFit over a decade ago, in September of 2009. My first class was Butts and Guts and of course as many of you know once you meet Amy Larson Peterson your life will never be the same. I really enjoyed the class but I had no idea that night what InFit would later become to me. I have struggled with weight my entire life! After going to InFit for several years and making changes to what I was eating I had finally done it(or so I thought) as during 2012 and 2013 I lost 100 pounds. Unfortunately, before I knew it I slowly began to gain it back as I developed excruciating pain especially in my neck and low back, accompanied by nobody’s friend, inflammation and muscle spasms. I continued to come to InFit as I was able sometimes the movement helped a little but mostly it fired up the muscle spasms in my low back so I continued to do what I could. I noticed I was really exhausted. I was thinking this must be what it is like to turn 40 and I am sure the extra weight isn’t helping. Then all of a sudden I realized I had other symptoms as well. Yes you guessed it after trying for over 10 years I was pregnant at 40! My husband and I could not have been any happier! Then at 10 ½ weeks pregnant I had a miscarriage. I was more devastated, than I have ever felt in my entire life. It was all I could do to get out of bed. Why am I sharing this? You see what got me through it was forcing myself to go back to InFit. It was my safe place where it was the same. I honestly do not know how I would have moved forward without this place and I am forever grateful to Ashley Poirier Darkenwald for opening this very special community. I was starting to make progress both emotionally and physically. Then the next bombshell day towards the end of Feb 2017 I woke up with numbness and shooting pain down my arm. My worst fears were confirmed with a MRI and a doctor appointment I had a very large herniated disc in my neck. I would need to have neck surgery. I listened to my doctor even though it was very difficult to stay away from my favorite place until I was given the go ahead. At this time we are at June 2017 I am now at my highest weight ever and as an added bonus my A1C is slightly elevated so I know I need to get this weight off now as I have a strong family history of diabetes. As extra motivation my son was getting married in December 2018 and I definitely wanted to be at a lower weight for that. Now that I have lost over 120 pounds I get asked often how I did it. Of course, it’s not a short answer. Lots of things helped, such as the challenge put on by InFit to lose 10 pounds by the holidays, the Total Health Challenge but on by Angie Pufahl and InFit together where I was able to win $1000, I was also able to finally find some answers this last October which has significantly reduced my inflammation and muscle spasms, I often do intermittent fasting and track my calories as well, and of course going to Mark Anderson's trainings doesn’t hurt either(ok yes it does but I love it anyways). I hope my story inspires you to never give up. No matter if you take baby steps, giant leaps, or sometimes a step backwards tomorrow is a new day. It’s not always easy, but you are always worth it!!

Take a FEW minutes to watch this step by step tutorial so you have a better experience!

3. Open your email (on a Chrome browser) a few minutes before class and click on the link “here’s your link for class”
4. Turn off your microphone
5. Have an awesome class!!

*Log out and log back in if your connection gets disconnected

*Make sure your phone, tablet, or computer’s software is UP TO DATE (software updates)

Shut Down, But NOT Shut Out!

inFIT is Still Holding At Home/Livestream Virtual Classes for the Next 4 Weeks!

Our doors may be closed for the next 4 weeks, but we will still be delivering results to you and with you, virtually! We know livestream may not be your first preference, but keep an open mind, you may end up LOVING IT. And more than anything, our team wants to continue working out with you.

Over the next day, we will be changing all in-studio class reservations to LIVESTREAM beginning Saturday, November 21st . If you are unable to attend, you may cancel that reservation. But PLEASE please please, give it a try! We need your motivation and perseverance now more than ever-- and you will benefit from continuing your workouts, even if it's from home.

If you have never tried a LIVESTREAM class, NOW is the time. If you did one of our livestream classes last spring, come back and try one again, our audio video quality has improved so much!

We will be back in-studio in a blink, and we will keep you posted with updates. Thanks so much for your love & support during this time! We are so excited to see you in person soon--stronger than before.

I was so thankful to have a spin bike at home when we were closed for in-person classes. But I’m more than ready to get back on the saddle at inFIT! Join me in-person or online. IF IT WORKS WITH YOUR SCHEDULE, SIGN-UP!

You’ll see her teach at other times of the day, but Kelly is mainly a faithful 5am instructor. Why? Because that’s what works in her schedule — and she would love for you to join her if 5am is new to you...!

Meet Kelly!

Favorite part of being an inFIT instructor: “The Clients. The people. Hands Down — Coming together as a community & supporting, encouraging, and working together with a common goal of health and fitness—I love it! I get SO excited when clients share their goals or progress with me.”

What do you struggle with —or find challenging in the health and wellness sphere? “Always filling my body with complete nutrition (carbs, fat, protein, fiber, etc....). It's a lot to think about. I definitely have a roller coaster of 'healthy seasons' balanced with 'unhealthier seasons.' But with age, I've learned to allow myself grace, and not let the struggles get me down. Each day is a new start!”

Favorite classes or workout: “Oooh, this is a hard one! I LOVE it when my muscles ache the day after a workout or a class. And SWEAT - if my clothes are soaked through - mission well accomplished!”

Favorite dessert: “Where do I begin? Andees Mints, Apple Crisp, and a cake donut with white frosting and sprinkles.”

Best advice for newbie infitters: “Personally, I get super excited when I have a new face in class! I encourage you to try an array of formats and instructors. Classes you might be 'scared of' or think you won't like - try them anyway. *Those are probably the classes you need the most!* And remember - each person in class is on their own health and fitness journey. It's fun to be able to walk that journey together!”
