We’re Back..
The 90K Calcutta, The Menu any Golfer can dream of, The record breaking 170 people at Saturdays Dinner, Big Beertha, The $400 jug of RBV, The Hofer Award, and a Tribute to one of ACC’s greatest gentlemen with a Toast that can bring a tear to your eye.
Over the past three days you could literally feel the ‘Lectricity in the air, like a cool bag of Myers Cocktail oozing through your veins or the thrill of a 5.5 hour game of Black Jack when someone hits 21. It’s the stillness of the gallery in the shootout as a drive cracks off the tee box and the roar when a birdie putt goes in.
There’s just something special about the Albion Country Club Member Guest.
Where the Golf is secondary to the people.
Players from Georgia or North Carolina or Colorado and those travel across Nebraska to be here. And ACC Legends like Ketteler, Seda, Hoefer, Bolin, Thorberg, and Martinsen. From guys who played for 20+ years to the fellas who played in their first.
This tournament is a fraternity, a brotherhood, It’s a landmark and a staple. It’s a clear your calendar skip a wedding type of event.
When you play here. The connection will never be broken.
