Good morning,
Thank you for joining the ACS Trapshooting Club. The scores we shoot on Sunday mornings at the Clay Crusher practices will be used as our ACS Club scores each week. In the event we don't shoot on Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings will be our "Make-Up" day. To be competitive, it is crucial we submit scores each week. It's impossible to overcome zero's.
Below is an "Overview" of the NYSHSCTL 2026 Spring season.

Wednesday April 15th – Conferences Announced and State Tournament Registration Opens

Monday May 4th – State Tournament Registration Closes at Noon
Sunday May 10th – Competition Week #4 Begins

Monday May 25th – season Final Results Posted by 6PM
FRIDAY June 5th – NYS Tournament for Class 1A
Saturday June 6th – NYS Tournament for Class 2A

Hi,
A lot of information in this email. This is only a "Heads-Up". I will send the details as we get closer to the events.

We will be practicing Sunday March 29th at the Barre Sportsmen's Club. Please arrive about 8:30am to set up the Trap fields. Targets are $10. Ammunition will be provided.

Please see me to update your emergency contact information sometime during practice.

We will not practice on Sunday 4/5 - Happy Easter!

The SCTP Nationals at the Cardinal Center in Marengo, Ohio , July 13th through July 17th.
Registration begins in early April. We really encourage you to attend. You don't have to attend the entire week. Take a look at your calendars. This is a great experience for the kids!

Good morning,
We will be shooting "S***t" Sunday morning 10/27 at 9am at the Medina Conservation Club. The club is on Bates Road just north of the Erie Canal. Targets are $10. Ammunition will be provided. The one time athlete registration fee is $30. Coaches registration fees are $40.

Hi,
Please do your best to sell the Kolar Raffle tickets and return the ticket stubs and money ASAP.
We also need you to return all the Unsold tickets. The final day to turn everything in is Sunday June 23rd.

The Barre Sportsmen's Club has open Sporting Clays Monday June 17th beginning at 5pm. Targets are $7/25. Bring your own ammunition.

Saturday June 22nd – NYS SCTP Trap Championship at Central Square Fish and Game Club, Hastings, NY. The informational flyer is attached. Registration deadline is Tuesday June 18th at 6:00pm. Please contact Coach Woodworth if you would like to compete - [email protected]
