Clients come to The Movement Lab for many reasons. Some are looking for relief from pain or injury, some are looking to improve their mobility and balance, and many just enjoy the work and how they feel afterward! These are all great reasons to join our classes or take private sessions and we look forward to helping you find what works for you.

In an effort to keep everyone moving, breathing & together, we have moved group classes to the online Zoom format. All classes are at a donation of what you can contribute.
We understand many are concerned about finances at this time, however, if you are in a position to give something, kindly please support the Studio – we are forever grateful for class donations at this time!
For those who have the Unlimited Group Class Membership, online classes are part of the membership.
