Clients need to see results don’t just magically appear. Often times it’s incorrectly assumed the work in the gym is the primary means to accomplishing our goals. Food is the key to accomplishing any goals you have (strength, size, tone). Get the food under control and the rest will fall into place. The workout is the easiest part! Post one of your meals today and tag me. Let’s see if you’re on track to accomplishing your goals. I may want to ask you for the recipe if it looks good and is healthy! This is a stirfry cooked with sesame seed oil. I usually lay this down over riced cauliflower and add a little Sriracha. It tastes amazing! Reach out to me for training

Everyone has some lame reason for why they aren’t in the gym working. Today is leg day. My shirt says it best!!
Many of you were unaware of the fact that I was injured and sick going into team nationals on June 27, 2021. I’ve been battling SI dysfunction for quite a while now. During my second week of prep I got sick with the Noravirus. This was the worst prep I’ve had in my entire powerlifting career! If it wasn’t for the fact that I’d feel as if I was letting my teammates down, I would’ve dropped out and not done this meat at all. Aside from my squat, there was nothing decent about this performance at all. Between now and December when the New Mexico Christmas classic is supposed to be held, my plan is to work on rectifying my dysfunctional SI joint and improve other weaknesses. Squat and dead lift videos will be posted soon. Stay tuned…
Let’s make some lifestyle changes this month!! There’s no better time than the present. Hit me up!!!
My young football player working his tail off! I’m checking his lat for maximal tension...but it’s not just a back exercise, his core is being challenged as well. This is not an easy exercise!!

Young Joey is working hard at building some core strength. He’s shown here with me checking his lat tightness, ensuring the muscle is maximally engaged....
Joey worked on full high-bar squats today. He’s a natural-born athlete and adapted to the changes right away. He’s moving a little too quickly, but we’re working things all the time. He’s learning the difference between just getting it done and how to get the most out of it. Check him out...and remember...he’s only 17 and just getting started....
We got Joey working out some of the smaller muscles used to help stabilize the bar during Bench Press. He isn’t looking bad at all. In fact, he’s looking pretty good. We need to build up that bench Press and I know just how to do it....
Young Joey learned to pull Sumo today! This young man is a natural. His technique is sharp and he will only continue to get better. 135lbs. shown for a set of 20 here. Sky is the limit....
Perfect ex*****on of a BB Bench Press! It’s never too late to learn and you can always make progress. Notice the foot position, bar placement, control and breathing...she’s doing great!! She is constantly improving....
