Hello all! After taking about a year away from teaching to focus on my studies, I’m diving back in. Format will be different, a 6 class series (likely once/quarter), with a deeper look at the philosophy and spirituality of the yoga path, along with the asanas.

Big announcement! Joan is stepping away, taking a long sabbatical from teaching. Saturday, January 27th will be the final regularly scheduled class. Not sure what the future holds, but we’re ready for whatever that might be!

Tomorrow’s the day!! The Annular Solar Eclipse will pass over Albuquerque right at class time tomorrow and we’ll make the most of it! Viewing on the patio (eclipse glasses provided), and a sun focused practice in the studio! Join is tomorrow, we’ll be there early to get set up and enjoy the eclipse!
