Hello wonderful people here’s a post about the benefits of RAW veggies and COOKED veggies.

COOKED veggies:

1️⃣ Cooked vegetables help with digestion

2️⃣ Increases the antioxidant capacity of some vegetables

3️⃣ You are able to add seasonings and different veggies that make your veggie plate more nutritious and delicious.

RAW Veggies:

1️⃣ Get more water soluble nutrients like VIT C and VIT B

2️⃣ Quick and great snack to have throughout the day

3️⃣ Most raw veggies don’t lose vitamins due to heat
