It's easy to ensure our lower body is ready to hit the pavement, but our upper body also plays a really important role. The next time you stretch for your run, make sure you're focusing on all the different parts of your body that help you maintain a proper runner's form! And if you want any stretch suggestions, just stop by a studio and ask!
