HAPPY FRIDAY!!!😃 Today’s workout is my MOST favorite all-time program EVER! If you know me, you guessed it, “8 Sets to Sore”!💪🏼🔥💪🏼🔥 8 Total Exercises. You will do the first exercise, 8x in a row, 25s On/10s Off. Once completed, short water break, Repeat with the next exercise. This program is tough, you work the same muscle group over and over until exhaustion!😅Translation: you are going to burn MORE calories by calculating in the “fatigue factor”🔥🔥🔥 The key is, you need to push your exertion level each and every set. EXCEPT if it compromises your form or you feel pain. If that’s the case, slow down or modify. Nothing is ever worth an injury. I didn’t demo the Burpee+.
I’m guessing most people know the Burpee... most people I know do NOT like the Burpee;) Maybe knowing it’s a PHENOMENAL Full-Body strength & Cardio exercise that burns tons of calories will help you accept that yes, you are going to do 8 sets in a row😉🤣💪🏼 The Plus(+) is your option to ADD something to the Burpee: plank jack, jumping jack, donkey-kick, roll back, push up, star jump.... your choice:)
A straight good ol’ Burpee is fine too!❤️ Have fun! Let me know what you think! #❤️

Monday is Strength, with a tad bit of Cardio😉💪🏼🔥 4 Station Rotation: 3 exercises each to be completed 4x thru, 45s ON/10s OFF. 1 minute water break in between stations.
Beautiful day to be outside!☀️ (although I just found a baby rattler🐍 on our back deck .... I’ll have to do some snake patrolling before I go out again😉) Have a great workout!!!💪🏼🔥💦 💪🏼 safe

Good Afternoon! Weekends are PERFECT for BIG CIRCUITS!💪🏼🔥💪🏼 The BEST of everything: STRENGTH CARDIO CORE!!! 10 exercises completed vertically, 60s ON 20s OFF. Try and get through the circuit at least 3x, challenging you to do 4, maybe 5?😅💦💦 The only exercise I didn’t demo is the jump rope/line hops. If you don’t have a JR, use your “invisible” rope😉. Line hops are just hops back and forth over an imaginary line (fwd-backward or side to side)😊 HAVE FUN!!! ❤️

The last station is a CORE STRENGTH Finisher. 3 exercises, 3x thru, same timer as above. Love this program!!! I think it’s my new favorite;) Hope you like it too! Let me know what you think :)

HAPPY THURSDAY!😀 Today’s Workout is a traditional Tabata (20s On/10s Off). I programmed and trained this back in July 2018, nearly 2 years ago when we had just moved into our new gym Athletics & Aesthetics! Time has gone by so fast... there are many of the same faces still there, who I appreciate their friendship and support always🥰 We also have new members who I am enjoying getting to know, train and hopefully inspire!❤️ This time away from our FitFam has been difficult. But I do see a light at the end of the tunnel🙏🏻 May 15th isn’t too far away. Hang in there, WE CAN DO THIS!💪🏼 Stay true to your goals. Stay healthy, active, safe and strong! I hope the workouts I’ve been posting are helping. If I can do anything else to get you through this strange time with your fitness/nutritional needs, please let me know!😊 Onto today’s workout: 4 Tabata/stations. 4 exercises each done 6x thru. 20s on/10s off. Focus: CARDIO-CORE🔥🔥🔥 This is WICKED fast... have some water handy and a towel😅💦💦 I abbreviated many of the exercises: MC=mountain climber FF=fast feet HK=high knees PU=push-up DB=dumbbell KB=kettlebell BK=butt kickers JJ=jumping jack. Enjoy this fast-paced, killer Cardio-Core workout and let me know how it goes! [Timer set up: T4 S24 R60s 20 on/10 off]🔥💪🏼🔥 #❤️

Happy Hump🐫Day!!! Today I have a 4 Station Rotation Format that uses BANDS for every exercise!😁💪🏼🔥 I call it “What’s Band Gotta’ Do With It”😉😂 (I hear myself saying it with Tina Turners song What’s love got to do with it)(and yes, I’m a dork)😜. If you don’t have bands, not a problem. You can do all these exercises w/o one, but you will need some sort of weight for resistance for the upper body stations #2 and #4. Dumbbells, weight plates, water bottles, cans...
You will complete each station (3 exercises) 4x thru. 45s On/10s Off. Take a 30-60s water break, then hit the next station. All these exercises are tough as they are, adding bands will increase the intensity and BURN more calories!!!🔥🔥🔥 Good form always. If you feel pain, STOP.
Modify or alter the exercise. Plz msg me if you need suggestions for other options:)
Stay safe!❤️

Good Morning!!! Happy Saturday!!!😄 Posting this Today is a BIG CIRCUIT💪🏼 8 exercises performed in a vertical pattern. 60s ON 20s OFF. 1 minute rest in between circuits. Your goal: 4x thru (at least)😉🔥💪🏼 I use a Stability Ball in two of the exercises... but no worry if you don’t have one. You can also use Valslides or a towel. Even sock-footed on a smooth surface floor works just as well!👍🏼 Hope you have fun!!!😅💦💦
