Most people skip mobility, a very crucial part of fitness. We trash our bodies day in and day out. Not only inside the gym but outside as well. We work long days and put ourselves in poor positions all the time.

What we expect when losing weight is different that the reality of what we lose when we lose weight.

Did you know that vitamin D is not only important for your bone health but for soo many other functions in your body? π
Getting outside under the sun and getting vitamin d is one way of getting it but usually isnβt enough or if you live in a place that doesnβt have a lot of sunlight. You can take a vitamin and also get it from food.
Try eating more foods like;
π salmon, swordfish, sardines, trout
π beef liver
π³ egg yoke
π chicken
π§ cheddar cheese
Make sure to get your vitamin d levels checked a couple times a year by your doctor. They will prescribe how much vitamin d you need to be at a healthy level.
