Today, I want to share a personal story about the woman who inspired my journey in empowerment coaching - my mom.
Living with cerebral palsy, she never let physical limitations define her possibilities. Instead, she showed me that true strength isn't about physical capability - it's about the power of mindset and determination.
This Mother's Day, I'm grateful for the lessons she taught me:
• That challenges are opportunities in disguise
• That strength comes in many forms
• That empowerment starts with believing in yourself
These lessons don't just shape my life - they're the foundation of every training session and coaching conversation I have with my clients.
