Ingredients โ 
Vanilla Greek yogurt (used two good) โ 
Pumpkin Pie Stevia Flavor (Organicland)โ 
Keebler mini pie crust โ 
Reddi whip zero sugar โ 
Biscotti cookie for crumble on top (or cookie or choice) โ 
Instructions โ 
In a bowl measure 2.5oz Greek yogurt โ 
Add 4g reddi whipโ 
Add 1/2 scooop or to taste pumpkin pie flavor โ 
Stir and mix together โ 
Once mixed place yogurt mix into your mini pie crust โ 
I topped with 1g additional of reddi whip and less that 1g of cookie crumble โ 
This hit the spot for all my pumpkin lovers ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŽƒโ

Box Jumps: Taking Fitness to New Heights! ๐Ÿ“ฆ

๐Ÿ’ฅ Step up, leap, and conquer those boxes.

Box jumps not only boost your leg power but also your confidence.

Are you ready to rise to the challenge and reach new heights in your fitness journey? Let's jump into action! ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿš€

The Jump:
To initiate the jump, bend your knees and hinge at your hips, lowering your body into a quarter squat position.

Swing your arms back to generate momentum.

Explosively extend your hips, knees, and ankles to jump upward.
Swing your arms forward and upward to help propel yourself off the ground.

Mid-Air Position:
While in the air, bring your knees toward your chest to clear the height of the box.

Keep your feet together and pointed forward during the jump.

Land Softly:
As you reach the peak of your jump, start extending your legs to prepare for landing.

Land softly on the box with both feet, ensuring that your entire foot is on the box's surface.

Keep your knees slightly bent to absorb the impact, and land as quietly as possible.

Full Extension:
Stand up tall with your hips and knees fully extended once you've landed on the box.

Your body should be upright and stable.

Step Down:
To return to the starting position, carefully step down from the box one foot at a time.

Ensure you have full control before attempting another jump.

Perform the desired number of box jumps, maintaining proper form and control with each jump.


Focus on explosiveness in your jump, not just the height you can reach.

Land with your knees soft and avoid locking them upon landing to reduce stress on your joints.

Start with a lower box and gradually increase the height as you build strength and confidence.

Maintain good posture throughout the exercise, keeping your core engaged and your back straight.

Ensure the box or platform you use is stable and won't tip over during the exercise.

Embrace the cables, feel the burn, and take your chest game to new heights! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ


Adjust the pulleys on the cable machine to the desired height, usually at chest level or slightly below.
Attach the handles or a straight bar to the cable machine.

Grip the Handles:

Reach up and grasp the handles or the straight bar attached to the cable machine with a firm, overhand grip (palms facing forward).
Your hands should be slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

Starting Position:

With your hands gripping the handles or bar, extend your arms fully in front of you.
Your elbows should be slightly bent but not locked.
Keep your feet flat on the floor for stability.

Pressing Motion:

Exhale and push the handles or bar away from your chest by extending your arms.
Keep your wrists and elbows aligned with your shoulders throughout the movement.


At the fully extended position, squeeze your chest muscles for a moment to feel the contraction.

Return to Starting Position:

Inhale and slowly release the handles or bar, allowing them to move back toward your chest.
Maintain control throughout the lowering phase.


Perform the desired number of repetitions, focusing on a controlled and steady motion.
