Here we are facing another NM winter head on. All I can say if you want airtime get out of town. If things go as usual we have till late February before it starts looking doable. For now do your annual, break in that harness in front of your TV , repack your reserve.etc. Keep deaming of those flights at cloud base heading across the flats on a long glide to that next big one. We are planning a tandem clinic for April 9-10 for those looking to up their skills not only as tandem instructors but to get some truck tow experiance. We are open to 6 pilots.

To set the record straight High Desert HG is a father son operation, Charlie and myself hold integrity and safety the upmost. We offer what I think a good value in Tandem flights and solo lessons. We use the most up to date equipment available and we are both current and experienced pilots with the some of 55 years total flying experience. Your flight is important to us as a safe and as a fun learning experience.
Our tow system works best for the environment we do our flying here in our high desert environment of the southwest. You are taken on tow into the air from ground level(5300') to an altitude close to(7000') which when totaled (3400') this higher then most mountain flights. Please understand our schedule to tandem are limited to mostly weekends. We ask you contact either of us to schedule your flight two days before flying. We do appreciate your feedback.
