Another athlete in peak week for Project X is Franchesca Alexandria !! 👽

She’s finishing an incredible year of transformation with her final showing of the season, and she is bringing her best look yet. No contest.

This season has demanded a lot of mental toughness, and Fran has continued to show up, push through, and trust the process.

Up next in our two part is one of our newer athletes, Shannon Sheltra !

Shannon came to us with a goal and a vision of getting out of her comfort zone and stepping on in a sport that is far different than what she’s accustomed to. With a background in MMA, Shannon is very familiar with the grueling grind of working towards a goal and enjoys having a bit of fun in the process!

We have yet to NOT see a smile on Shannon’s face, even as the weeks go by and show day gets closer. She is an example of the ever so popular phrase “Trust the process”, and we couldn’t be more proud of her journey so far.
