TRAIN BETTER to PLAY LONGER
strong glutes = happy knees

If your knees hurt when you play pickleball, here’s the real problem: Your glutes are probably weak.

The side of your glutes stabilize the knee when you land. If they’re weak, your knee collapses inward leading to tension, irritation and pain.

Here are 3 simple BOSU Elite drills to fix it:
1️⃣ Single-leg balance hold — build stability
2️⃣ Side step overs — train controlled knee alignment with a mini resistance band in a slow, lateral loading pattern
3️⃣ Mini squat hops — practice clean landings to mimic faster game play conditions

Strong glutes = happy knees = more time on the court.

Save this and try it…only the best players will do this to PREVENT knee issues. 😉
