200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training coming this August. After careful consideration we decided to move the training to the end of the year. It has been a hard 10 days. I miss my excersize and community! Was hoping to get to airela yoga today to stretch out my spine and hang upside down after my chiropracter adjustment. How ever my moon cylce has differnet plans. The universe is telling me to slow down I guess. I was instructed by the Doctor not to get back into my crazy work out routine just yet. :( time to focus on the house and any other part of me.
Some day we'll make it back to yoga ☹️ babes has decided this is when he should nap now (albeit only in the car) and he just won't be able to hang. Miss you ladies!

Mindful KICKBOXING is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio intervals. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. This class is safe for pregnancy and diastasis recti. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. This class is 45 minutes. Please bring water, a hand towel, and 12 ounce boxing gloves.
