It has been a long time since I posted anything so here is a little Flashback Friday to celebrate the RF Fam and to say thank you for the awesome culture you all have created. May 2021 will mark 10 years in business and I definitely couldn’t have made it this long with out the support of all of you.

[10/27/20]   The roads look good so the gym will be open this afternoon from 4 to 7.

[10/27/20]   There will be no morning classes today (Tuesday the 27th). We’ll keep you up to date about the evening classes.

Inspired by Crossfit BTWB I’m going to replace the daily challenge with a challenge that will last the length of the quarantine. The rules are simple...accumulate as many points as possible using the following movements. At the end of each day please tag the gym with how many points you accumulated and how you accumulated those points. Have fun!

[03/17/20]   If you’re deciding to “socially distance” yourself and need at home workouts...Here are the two best “workouts” I can think of:

1) Go on walks with your spouse...without phones. (You know...actually talk to each other and enjoy each other’s company.)
2) Play with your children. (Build forts, ride bikes, play catch, etc.)
